New Tour Date Announced!

I'm excited to announce I have been able to add an additional date into the From Houdini to Potter tour prior to it's debut at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2012. I will be performing the show on Friday July 20th in the historic market town of Malton, North Yorkshire at the Grade II listed Milton Rooms - an amazing creative arts hub situated in the heart of Ryedale. Performing From Houdini to Potter for the third time in front of a live audience was as much of a thrill as the previous performances, however much more enjoyable! Thanks to the feedback from family, friends and Magicians in the audiences of the previous two shows, the show has evolved into a much slicker and smoother machine. There's still work to be done though before the Edinburgh Fringe however I am very happy with it's progress! Thank you again to all those who attended!

Return to Pateley Playhouse

I'm excited to be approaching the next leg of the From Houdini to Potter tour - returning once again to perform at The Playhouse in Pateley Bridge on Saturday 31st March at 7:30pm. It's a real peach of a venue with a very vaudevillian feel to it and lends itself well to the content of the show. Tickets are on sale and can be purchased through The Playhouse box office. Launch of 2012 Tour - York

After a sell-out opening night I'm left deliberating the roller coaster that was Saturday's 2012 Premiere of From Houdini to Potter! I'm tremendously grateful to everyone who attended (from my friends and family to those curious unknown souls who also comprised the auditorium).

It's not long before the next tour date, Saturday March 31st at The Playhouse, Pateley Bridge. Developments are already in motion which will help build on and enhance the act for this next performance. I am indebted to a great many people with respect to getting From Houdini to Potter to the stage, my continued thanks and appreciation!

Magic on the Radio? How do you do that?

I can safely say that performing magic on the Radio is more challenging than trying to get an elephant to appear.. As part of the promotion of FHTP I have appeared on both Harrogate Hospital Radio and BBC Radio York in the space of a week! It was fascinating to gain an insight into the workings of the wireless... Many thanks to Scott Wall of Harrogate Hospital Radio - a volunteer run station that greatly benefits patient well-being. Please donate if you can at Harrogate Hospital Radio.
